短短的13.5秒，竟可發生這麼多狀況！揮別前役慘敗32分陰影，雷霆昨以98比97爆冷氣走地主馬刺，東區準決賽戰局扳成1平，更搶走主場優勢，一切狀況都在最後13.5秒內發生，滿場馬刺球迷恐怕連怎麼輸的都搞不清楚。

當時場面混亂，負責發球的雷霆後衛威特斯，先是出肘架開吉諾比利，接著違例跳起發球，裁判都沒吹哨，球傳進場就被馬刺抄走，米爾斯三分出手沒進，艾卓吉雖搶進攻籃板，卻沒法控制住球，比賽就在雙方倒地爭搶當中結束。

「我們當時在場上，沒發現威特斯的出肘動作，」這場比賽裁判肯摩爾坦承，「經過慢動作重播，我們確定漏吹他的進攻犯規，這是相當罕見的犯規，但我們必須吹哨才對。」可惜比賽已結束，就算裁判說什麼也沒用了。

雷霆險勝另1主因是韋斯布魯克的「復活」，他昨天投25中11，拿29分、10助攻與7籃板，比起前役19投5中、只拿14分表現穩定許多，「雷帝」杜蘭特也有28分、7籃板，雷霆中鋒亞當斯抓下季後賽生涯新高17籃板。
